| 我国西部地区房地产金融存在融资渠道过于单一、信贷资产质量下降、开发商资金链条有断裂的潜在风险、土地市场局部存在过热现象等问题.根据今后一段时期国家政策对西部房地产金融发展的影响,应完善外部环境,实施房地产证券化制度创新,建立多种形式的房地产金融机构,并创新房地产金融风险防范机制. |

| This thesis analyzes the development stares of real estate finance in our westem region, It points out that there are many phenomena in real estate finance in our westem region at the present such as the unique finance channel, the low quality of credit asset and the potential risk in the broken fund chain of developer, The real estate market is partiaLly hot. This paper also analyzes the influence of state policy on real estate finance devlopment in the western. Finally, the thesis provides the courtenmeasures and suggestions about how to consummate the real estate finance system of the western. |
