| Abstract: |
| Enterprise change has become a part of managers' job. However, people hold different views towards whether enterprise change is continuous or not. But both dynamic environment that contemporary firms are confronted with and intrinsic evolution of enterprise development prompt firms to change continuously. Based on this point, the model developed in this paper not only explains the feature of continuous enterprise change, but also logically demonstrates the continuity of managing change process, and furthermore makes them become congruence in essence. |
