论企业变革的连续性--一个拓展的模型框架

人们对企业变革是否具有连续性存在不同的看法,但当代企业面临的动态环境和企业发展的内在演化,都要求企业进行持续的变革.在此基础上,本文发展的模型不仅说明企业变革连续性的特点,而且从逻辑上演示了管理变革过程的连续性,也使二者达到了本质上的一致.

Abstract:
Enterprise change has become a part of managers' job. However, people hold different views towards whether enterprise change is continuous or not. But both dynamic environment that contemporary firms are confronted with and intrinsic evolution of enterprise development prompt firms to change continuously. Based on this point, the model developed in this paper not only explains the feature of continuous enterprise change, but also logically demonstrates the continuity of managing change process, and furthermore makes them become congruence in essence.
