| Under regional economic unification, construction of economic center at upper reaches of Yangtze River is a strategic measure to promote regional economic coordinate development between east, middle and west regions and to promote western development. Chongqing administration must give free rein to self regional advantage and economic advantage and follow correct regional economic development direction to build economic center at upper reaches of Yangtze River. |
