| The countermeasures that western rural finance supports agricultural industrialization are that western fianacial departments should raise awareness of self mission and responsibility to establish and consummate the borrow and loan investment mechanism, to select credit support carriers, to consummate financial service function of agricultural bank, to raise supporting ability and to promote agricultural industrialization. |
