| 循环经济是按照生态规律利用自然资源和环境容量,实现经济活动的生态化转向.它强调最有效利用资源和保护环境,表现为"资源--产品--再生资源"的经济增长方式.考察国外企业实践循环经济的基本做法给我们的启示是,中国企业实践循环经济增强可持续竞争优势,需要努力实现绿色生产和绿色消费,不断提高资源和能源的利用效率,争取环境认证. |
