| Abstract: |
| Presently the basic duty of industrial society of China is to serve enterprises and to help governmental departments to consolidate industrial management and to self-contain, coordinate, monitor and protect legal rights of enterprises. In order to adapt new situation, the industrial society of China should open up international market, affect governmental industrial policy and legislation and help enterprises to mediate the relationship between employees. |
