| 二元经济结构是制约中国经济现代化的关键性障碍,实现二元经济结构向现代经济结构的转变是新世纪中国经济发展的战略任务.中国具有特殊的"双层刚性二元经济结构",形成了城乡工业化的二元性、城乡劳动力市场和就业结构的二元性以及城乡市场体系的二元性.应加快对传统农业的改造,推进农业工业化的进程;协调工业化与城市化的关系,促进工业化与城市化的互动发展;发挥市场机制的作用,促进城乡关系的协调发展. |

| Abstract: |
| Dualistic economic structure is the basic barrier to hamper modernization of China economy and realization of change from dualistic economic structure to modern economic structure is the strategic task of China economy development in new era. Special two layer inflexible dualistic economic structure of China forms such dualistic structure as industrialization, employment structure of rural and urban labor market, rural and urban market system and regional economy. We should accelerate reconstruction of traditional agriculture, promote industrialization process of agriculture, coordinate the relationship between industrialization and urbanization, promote co-development of urbanization and industrialization, give free rein to market mechanism and promote co-development of rural and urban areas. |
