| 推行国库集中支付制度是解决我国目前国库分散支付制度存在问题的行之有效的措施,但国库集中支付制度在推行过程中却遇到不少的困难和阻力.本文通过分析推行过程中遇到的阻力和困难,探讨建立有中国特色的国库集中支付制度,以逐步实现与国库管理的国际化接轨. |
