| Abstract: |
| This essay theoretically analyses the mechanism defect of gathering rural people in the area of western little town. The function of gathering citizens of non-working in western little town is descending, which is based on the two national census. Through the practical investigations into Guanghan City, the author thinks that many peasants do not regard little town as the main choice of their mobilization. Thus a conclusion can be drawn that the construction of little town in western part should be implemented according to capability and new models should be explored. |
