| 人均收入相对差距和绝对差距的变化是两个既相互联系又有区别的倒U型,出现拐点的条件是欠发达地区人均收入的增长必须超过发达地区.西部大开发以来,人均收入的两种差距均呈扩大趋势,一方面反映了西部大开发的艰巨性和长期性,另一方面对西部大开发的现实和预期目标的实现提出了严峻的挑战.因此,必须加大推进西部大开发的力度. |

| Abstract: |
| The change of relative difference and absolute difference of per capita income is a relative and different reciprocal U type. The condition of kink-appearing is that the increase of per capita income in undeveloped area must surpass that of developed area. Since the carrying out western development, the two differences of per capita income tend to increase, which reflects the difficulty and durability of western development on the one hand and challenges the realization of expected objective of western development. Thus, the implementation of western development must be greatly consolidated. |
