| 我国因产业政策不当造成欠发达地区优势产业发展滞后和产业结构失衡,欠发达地区经济实力不足又造成对农业支持不力,加上农业自身发展受产业(价格)政策歧视影响,区域经济发展失衡必然置国家粮食安全于极大风险之中.促进区域经济协调发展,加强对欠发达地区一二三产业发展的支持,可以对保障中国粮食安全起到积极作用. |

| China's post-advantage industry of undeveloped areas lags behind and industry structure is imbalanced because of unsuitable industry policy in undeveloped area. The economy strength of undeveloped area could not support its agriculture best. So the national food safety is in maximum risk because of the imbalance between the area economy and the industry (price) policy discrimination for agriculture itself. It is important for China's food safety to promote regional economy coordination development and to support the development of agriculture and industry in undeveloped area. |
