| 外商投资是导致近年来中国地区经济增长不平衡和东西差异扩大的最重要原因之一.外商在华直接投资高度集中在沿海少数地区,尤其是东南沿海的珠江三角洲和长江三角洲地区.近年来,外商在华投资的区位选择出现了"北上"的趋势,但"西进"的趋势并不明显.从发展趋势看,外商在华投资的"北上西进"趋势将会逐步加快,应采取措施推动外商投资的这种趋势. |

| Abstract: |
| Foreign direct investment (FDI) is one of the important causes of imbalanced regional economic growth and the gap between the east and the west. FDI in China focuses on coastal areas and especially on Zhujiang Delta and Yangtze Delta. Recently the trend of FDI in China begins to go to north and the trend to go to west is not clear. As far as development trend concerned, the step of FDI in China "goes to north and west" will be accelerated and the trend should be promoted by taking measures. |
