| 由于在中国国内不可流动要素不断减少,且其对经济增长的贡献不断减弱,比较成本理论在中国区域经济研究中的适用性问题应引起注意;中国政府不具有非理性一致性,给公平竞争秩序的建立带来难题;区域经济不平衡问题是人类社会发展的难题,中国地区经济不平衡在理论上也有诸多问题需要解决. |

| Because immovable factors decrease continuously in China and their contribution to economic growth is weakening, in China the adaptation of comparative cost theory should be paid attention to. Chinese government does not have non-rational consensus, which brings trouble to fair competition order. Imbalance of regional economy is the difficulty of human society. Imbalance of regional economy of China has many problems which need to be solved in theory. |
