| Abstract: |
| Co-operation and interaction between the east, central, and west regions are classified as "cross support" and regional trade and economic and technological mutual benefit and cooperation. Mutual benefit is the key for the cooperation. Central and local governments should cooperate to promote the cooperation, to standardize regional cooperation rules, to lower cooperation risk and transaction fees and to improve investment gain prospect of all parts of cooperation and successful rate of cooperation projects. |
