| 资本形成能力低下是西部发展的主要瓶颈,金融发展滞后则是造成资本稀缺的主要原因.在经济进入金融时代,金融对经济的协调功能不断增强的条件下,以金融作为工具和杠杆,发挥其对西部经济的协调作用意义重大.金融首先必须进行本体协调才能具备协调实体经济的效能,金融本体协调与金融指向性协调相辅相成. |

| Abstract: |
| Poor capital development ability is the bottle-neck of west development and backward financial development is the main cause of capital shortage. In financial times and increasing effect of finance on economic coordination function, finance, as a tool and lever, is of great importance in coodination of west economy. Finance must be standardized and then has effect on adjusting real economy. Standardization coordination of finance is in harmony with designated coordination. |
