| Abstract: |
| In China's western regions, the only ownership structure of traditional state-owned economy has not been changed and the development of private economy is quite slow, which is the key factor of limiting economic and social development in these regions and causing the gap between the the eastern regions and the western regions. Only after the infrastructure, police environment, market systems and human resources have been improved can the private economy develop in the western regions and the gap be narrowed. |
