| 目前西部地区的境外加工贸易发展比较落后.西部地区进行境外加工贸易能够促进出口增长和产业结构升级,鼓励企业国际化经营,实施"以质取胜"战略.而且西部地区具有自身的比较优势,应该而且完全有能力从事境外加工贸易,当然这也需要政府有效的政策扶持和调整. |

| At present, the development of processing trade abroad in western areas is rather slow. Promoting processing trade abroad can help increase in export and upgrade industrial structure, encourage internationalized operation of western enterprises and implement quality strategy of export trade. Besides, western regions have their own comparative advantages, so they should and are able to promote processing trade abroad if relevant government policies can be adjusted properly. |
