| 通过逐步回归分析可知,在中国,人力资源、人均收入同外商直接投资成正相关,效率工资同外商直接投资成负相关,其中人力资源起着决定性的作用;而基础设施因素对外商直接投资几乎没有影响.说明外商在决定是否向中国投资时关注的是软环境因素(如人才状况、市场潜力、劳动生产率等),而不是硬环境因素. |

| An analysis of influencing factors of foreign direct investment in China |

| Abstract: |
| Regression Analysis shows that in China human resources, per capita income and FDI are positively related. Efficient income and FDI are negatively related. Of all the factors, human resources play a decisive role, while the factor of infrastructure has little influence on FDI, which shows that while foreign businessmen decide whether to invest in China, they pay much attention to the factors of soft environment instead of the factors of hard environment. |
