| The emergence of the debt of towns of China has many reasons. Power-centralized political system is political origin of the debt. Undeveloped economy is economic origin of the debt. The culture with peasants characteristics is cultural origin of the debt. Dual social structure is social origin of the debt. The solution to the debt of the towns is to make systematical methods and to comprehensively treat the debt problems by looking into both its cause and symptoms. |
