| 由于就业体制的转变、宏观经济的影响以及资本有机构成的提高,重庆市工业吸纳劳动力数量出现了明显下降趋势.其中,国有企业就业人数减少的同时私营企业和非国有企业就业人数缓慢上升;采掘业、制造业就业人数减少,而基础设施就业人数增加;技术人员比重增大,而女性就业比重降低.受国家政策、市场开放的影响,重庆市工业就业结构的变动将更加剧烈,并由劳动密集型向技术密集型快速演变. |

| Abstract: |
| Because of change of employment system, influence of macro economy and increase in capital organic components, the number of labor force in industry of Chongqing begins to decrease. The number of employment of state-owned enterprises decrease while the employment of private enterprises increases. The employment in excavating industry decreases while the employment in infrastructure increases. The employment of skilled employees increases while the employment of women decreases. Influenced by state policies and market openness, the change of industrial employment structure is more serious and evolution from labor-intensive to technology-intensive forms multiple employment structure. |
