| 采用因子分析法对重庆市城市竞争力进行评价,得知重庆直辖后城市综合竞争力提升的速度明显快于直辖前,其中综合经济实力、对外开放程度、基础设施建设、地方政府作用、人力及科技竞争力、生活水平方面均有提升,但环境质量上波动较大.可见,重庆直辖后各项事业快速发展的同时,对环境保护重视不够. |

| Abstract: |
| Improving urban competence and developing urban economy are the tendency of international economy development. This paper, by adopting the vertical analysis, by taking the city of Chongqing as an example , by setting up index system and by using factor analysis to evaluate competence, tries to analyze the current condition of the urban development of Chongqing and makes some suggestions to promote the development of Chongqing's urban competence. |
