| Cheap labor force in west China is one of important reasons for Intel to invest in Chengdu. West area should give free rein to labor force advantage to focus on labor-intensive industry in order to absorb industry transfer from advanced countries and east areas and to promote economy development quickly and to increase investment in human resources. |
