| According to new characteristics, new requirement and new problems of western development at new stage under new situation, we should correctly judge the situation of western development in recent five years and we should have new ideas, new mechanism and new methods in western development by setting up and sticking to scientific development outlook, by supporting agriculture in the west, by sublating industrialization mode and by sublating traditional distribution mode of natural resources. |
