| 中国工业化进程具有长期性和艰巨性.当前主要集中在资本密集型和资源密集型产业的固定资产投资增长过快需要抑制;钢铁、轿车等领域的低水平重复建设亟待制止;而在开发区建设中也存在过多、过滥的问题,要控制其扩张.经济结构调整的任务与机制发生了变化;重化工业加速发展的趋势给西部地区带来了机遇;战略产业的选择要发挥劳动力优势、解决资源短缺问题,还要实现国防的现代化. |

| Abstract: |
| China's industrialization is a long-term and hard process. Fixed assets investment which is currently concentrated on capital-intensive and resource-intensive industries increases too fast and needs to be hampered. Low level and repeated construction in the field of steel and auto needs to be stopped. There is too much and excessive construction in developing zone which needs to be controlled. The task and mechanism of economic structure adjustment changes and the rapid development trend of heavy and chemical industry brings the opportunity to west areas. The selection of strategic industry should take advantage of labor force to solve the problem of resource shortage and to realize modernization of national defence. |
