| There is much difference in the development of economy and society,in educetion,technology and information,in quality of life,in facilities and environment and so on between the 12 provinces' situations in 2002 and the all-round well-off society in 2020. Therefore,these provinces should adhere to the principle of sustained development,develop their economy,control population growth,increase investment in education and technology,improve environment and continuously improve people's living standard. |
