| 通过对上海、北京、广州、深圳四城市文化产业可持续发展的模式比较研究,发现保持文化产业持续增长的根本在于文化产业管理体制、机制的变革.因此,要促使我国文化产业的可持续发展就必须加快文化产业的产权制度改革、战略性重组以及制度创新与人力资本的培育,实现文化资源的最优效率配置机制,从而促进文化产业健康、持续、快速的发展. |

| Abstract: |
| This article finds that the resource of cultural industry, which is increasing continuously lies in the reform of management system and mechanism through the comparison among four cities, whose culture industry has acquired sustained growth. The four cities are Shanghai, Beijing, Guangdong and Shenzhen. Therefore,the departments concerned should accelerate the reform of property rights system, strategic reformation as well as institution innovation and the cultivation of culture industry in order to promote the healthy, sustained, and rapid development of cultural industry. |
