| 我国区域发展的非均衡性长期存在,欠发达地区应在现有的发展基础条件上,借鉴先发地区的成功经验,选择和培育加快区域发展的增长点,并通过制度和观念的改革创新激发区域发展的内在驱动力;政府则应在市场主体从自发到自觉的转换过程中充分发挥调控效能,推动欠发达地区经济发展. |

| Abstract: |
| The undeveloped areas should not be satisfied with the existing state of affairs ,they must make good use of the successful experience in developed areas and constantly bring forth new ideas and new reforms to stimulate the internal motivation for regional development by choosing and cultivating the growth points of accelerating regional development and using new systems and new ideas. During the transformation from spontaneousness to consciousness ,the government should play an effective part in controlling principal part of the market to promote the economic development of undeveloped regions. |
