| This article holds that Hulunbeier City should take the opportunities of the overall regulation of China's industrial structure and of China's western development, develop leading industries to strengthen regional competitive power,expand industry chains depending on raw materials, develop border trade, agriculture with characteristics and ecological tourism and make efforts to promote the development of medium-sized and small-sized enterprises. |
