| 能源是国民经济的基础产业,是经济发展的动力之一.重庆市能源发展基础薄弱,特别是一次能源总量不足使能源长远开发利用受到限制;目前,重庆市能源供应已开始出现紧张局面.因此不但要做好能源中长期规划,抓好在建能源项目和一批重大项目前期工作,而且还应加快体制创新,与周边省份建立能源战略合作关系,以构筑重庆安全可靠的能源保障体系. |

| Abstract: |
| Energy is the basic industry of national economy and impetus of developing economy.Chongqing does not have solid energy foundation. In particular,it does not have sufficient disposble energy,which limits the development of energy in the long run.Chongqing has begun to face the problem of energy shortage,so the departments concerned should make medium-term and long-term energy plans,attach importarce to energy projects and to the work of significant projects which are at early stages.Besides,they should also accelerate system innovation,establish cooperative ties with neighboring provinces so as to construct Chongqing's safe and reliable energy system. |
