| The departments concerned must attach great importance to building infrastructrue and strengthening environment protection in order to achieve the development goal of an all-round well-off society in 2020.All the provinces,cities and regions in western areas have done a lot of work in recent years and made great achievements. However,there is still a large gap betwwen the situation in 2002 and the all-round well-off society in 2020. |
