| Abstract: |
| Asset management corporations should regard"operative structure" as their target in operating debt-to-equity swap,establish an optional system,which is mainly based on AMC operation and secondarily on bank operation,follow the principle that officiency is the most important and justice should also be considered. In recombinating enterprises,market method should be applied. And it should be stipulated that AMC should have the absolute right to control the debt-to-equity swap enterprises. |
