| Abstract: |
| To develop the west, infrastructure construction must go ahead first. However, at present the infrastructure in western area is not only backward, but faces the difficult financing problem. So, after analyzing the problems in existing financing ways, this thesis points out that PPP pattern is the effective innovative means to attract private capital from both home and abroad to invest in infrastructure construction in western area through introducing it, and further discusses the applied prospect of PPP pattern in western area and give correlative countermeasures. |
