| One of the main obstacles in carrying out strategies to develop the west is that there are not sufficient construction funds and investment.The key is how to obtain optimal fund model to solve the problem.One of the solutions to the problem is the essential financing plan to focus on regional resource advantage,to divide resource projects according to regions and to evaluate the integrate,pack projects and put them on the market based on different types. |
