| 以1997年为基期,2001年为末期,对重庆市第三产业十个行业进行偏离-份额分析,分析表明重庆直辖后第三产业发展较快,且部门结构对经济总量增长的贡献较大,第三产业已具备一定规模;但有些部门的区域竞争力偏离分量为负.应重视第三产业发展,并制定相应政策为第三产业发展创造良好的外部环境. |

| Abstract: |
| The analysis of the shift-share of Chonging's ten tertiary industries shows that,after Chongqing became a municipality directly under the central government,Chongqing's tertiary industries developed rapidly,department structure contributed a lot to the rapid growth of economic total,the tertiary industries ran on a certain scale.But the analysis also shows some departments' regional competitive power shift is minus.Therefore,the departments concerned should attach importance to the development of tertiary industries and work out corresponding policies to create beneficial environment for the development of the tertiary industries. |
