| 重庆存在显著的高于全国水平的二元经济结构,并且转换缓慢;其原因在于经济结构发展过程中的二元性、行政体制调整、工业扩张能力弱、农村剩余劳动力转移困难等.二元经济结构的存在,严重影响了重庆经济发展,应加快工业化进程,大力发展农村非农产业,增强对农民的职业教育,加强城乡基础设施建设,以加速二元经济结构的转换. |

| Abstract: |
| Chongqing has dualistic economic structure and its transformtion is slow. The causes of the problems lie in administration system adjustment, weak expanding capability of industry, the difficulty in transferring surplus labour force and so on. The article proposes the countermeasure should be to speed up process of industralization, develop non-agriculture industries in rural areas, strengthen peasant's education of occupation,speed up development of infrastructure and accelerate the transformation of dualistic economic structure. |
