| In 2004, the departments concerned in Chongqing should have an innovative management system of decision-making, solve the problems regarding countryside, agriculture and farmers, perform government duties, setup government's information management network system, accelerate urbanization, strengthen management of state assets and such work as environment protection in Three Gorges Reservoir and so on to promote rapid social and economic development. |
