Firstly,this article points out the necassity to establish leaming type Olganizations by combining the characteristics of knovvlecige economy and make modem enterprises realize that the key to strenglhening their canpetitive power is resources of knowledge and intelligence. Then, it analyzes the ideas of establishing the Olganizations by combining the practice of enterprises, vvhich include the following aspects:to have the ideas of life - long leaming, to construct multi - Ievel learning systems vvhich meet personnels' needs, and to encourage personnels to leam consciously. |
