| China's civilian industries have the problem of arbitrary in their internal control system,the problem of weak control over their personnels and backward personnel control method, and the problems of incomplete control system and slack executive system. The construction of internai control system in China's civilian industry can be realized through the construction of the control systems of organization, structure, the control systems of personnels and business. |
