| 利用多元统计分析中的主成份分析法对新疆16个地州市的乡镇企业的发展现状和发展潜力综合评价后发现，新疆的乡镇企业经过20多年的发展，综合发展水平并不高，而且各地区发展很不平衡。因此必须以调整结构为主线，积极推动科技进步，提高企业的整体竞争力。 |
