| 固定资产投资数量和质量的差异是我国东西部差距扩大的重要原因，尤其是东西部地区投资效率的差距和西部地区非国有投资的滞后应引起重视。必须改革投资体制，通过市场的力量来实现西部地区投资的所有制结构的调整和优化；要通过转变投资方式来转变西部地区的经济增长方式；更要合理分布投资的空间配置。 |

| The gap of the vp;ume and quality of fixed assets investment is an important reason for the widening gqp between Guna" s westm and eastern areas and the phenomenon that non- state investment lags behind should attract people' s attention.Therefore, this article points out that investment system must be refonned, structure of ownership in westem areas must be adjusted and optimized by market forces, the pattem cf economic growth in westem areas should be changed by changing its investment pattem and its investment space should be resonably allocated. |
