| 研究西部十二省市区2002年与2020年全面小康的差距具有特别重要的意义。本继“主要经济指标差距”和“社会指标差距”的讨论之后，接着从教育、科技与信息等角度分析讨论了西部十二省市区2002年在以上各方面与2020年全面小康之间的差距，并比较了西部十二省市区2002年在教育、科技与信息方面存在的差异。 |

| Studies on the differences in all-round well-off society among twelve western provinces between 2002 and 2020 are of special importance. After discussion on main economic indexes and main social indexes, this paper analyzes the differences in well-off all-round society among twelve westem provinces between 2002 and 2020 in the fields of education, science, technology and information and compares the differences in above fields in 2002. |
