| Abstract: |
| The securities assets of Chinese high - technology enterprises include the money of export trade and the money of transferring property rights. Securities of export trade should be based on foreign mode and issued shares of stock at foreign securities market, while the securities of transferring property rights should be based on domestic mode and shares of stock at domestic market. |
