| Abstract: |
| Infrastructure construction should be given priority in western development. The development of infrastructure construction in the west has the botde - neck problem in shortage of capital. As a bridge between private capital and infrastructure construction, the financing mode of EOT provides a brand - new idea for solution to the problem. Based on this, this paper expounds the significance of EOT in western development and gives countermeasures for overcoming the barriers of application of BOT in China. |
