| In this article we introduce the process of independent director system.Then we analyze the important rolev of the independent director system in the company managing structure,the current situation and the problems in Chinese independent director system,and measures used in other countries to ensure the efficient operation of independent director system. We hope we can learn some experience for establishment and consummation of our own independent director system. |
