| 管理体制是行业协会发展的重要环境。传统的管理体制造成行业协会异化，现行的社团“双重管理体制”不利于行业协会发展。通过“三元管理模式”创新行业协会管理体制，符合时代的需要和行业协会发展的实际。 |

| Management system is important environment of industrial association development. Traditional management system makes industrial association into alienation. Current double management system of social groups and government is not beneficial to its development. Triple management mode accords with the requirement of the time and reality of industrial association development. |
