| 在转轨经济中正确评价企业绩效已成为政府、市场和企业普遍关注的现实问题，本在对国外企业绩效评价体系理论进行综述的基础上，对建立转轨经济条件下的绩效评价体系进行了分析论证，提出建立中国式的企业绩效评价体系的分析框架。 |
