    摘要:

    电力电子换流装置的正常工作依赖市网供电,然而其内部存在的ACDC模块却很容易使输入电流发生畸变,针对导致的谐波污染和用电安全问题,在分析了升压型有源功率因数校正电路工作原理的基础上,提出了一种以NCP1654芯片为核心的有源功率因数校正电路的设计方法,并先后完成样机电路设计、主要元器件参数的计算与选择、仿真分析、样机测试;仿真与样机测试结果显示,该有源功率因数校正电路控制简单,功率因数高,电流波形失真小,可以实现谐波的消除和输入电流相位的校正,提高了系统的电能效率与功率品质,保证了电网和电气设备的经济安全运行,达到了国内技术监督局和国际电工委员会要求的电网谐波标准。

    Abstract:

    The normal operation of the power electronic converter is dependent on the supply of the power network. However, the internal ACDC module is very easy to cause the distortion of the input current. Aiming at the problems of harmonic pollution and electrical safety, based on the analysis of the operating principle of power factor correction, taking NCP1654 as the core, this paper puts forward a design method of power factor correction circuit, and the circuit design of the prototype, the calculation and selection of the parameters of the main components, the simulation analysis and the prototype test are completed. The simulation and experimental results show that the power factor correction circuit has the advantages of simple control, high power factor, low total harmonic distortion of current waveform. The elimination of the harmonic and the correction of the input current phase can improve the power efficiency and power quality of the system, and ensure the economic and safe operation of the power grid and the electrical equipment, achieve the power grid harmonic standards requirements of the domestic Technical Supervision Bureau and the International Electrotechnical Commission.
