高校贫困生心理健康状况与教育对策研究——基于重庆高校贫困大学生的问卷调查数据

    摘要:

    贫困大学生心理教育帮扶对于促进贫困学子成长成才意义重大,“智志双扶”的教育扶贫是阻断贫困代际传递重要手段。研究表明,目前我国高校贫困生心理健康水平亟待提高。本研究采用《症状自评量表》(SCL-90)对重庆市某本科院校27667名学生进行问卷调查,其中贫困生8445名,并在调查的基础上随访12名贫困生进行深入研究。调查结果显示,贫困大学生心理健康水平在性别、专业类别、年级等人口统计变量上存在一定差异,在自评总维度和各子维度存在显著差异。具体体现在强迫症状、人际关系敏感、焦虑、抑郁、恐惧、精神病性等方面。讨论提出精准识别、精准帮扶、精准反馈的贫困生心理教育帮扶体系,提高贫困生心理健康水平。

    Abstract:

    It is of great significance for psychological health education to help poor college students grownup,“support on both intelligence and ambition” plays an important role in blocking the intergeneration transmission of poverty.The research shows that currently the level of mental health of China's impoverished college students needs to be improved urgently.This research adopts SCL-90 to conduct a questionnaire survey on 27,667 undergraduates in Chongqing,including 8,445 impoverished students.Moreover,based on the survey,12 impoverished students are followed for intensive research.The survey result indicates that the level of mental health of impoverished college students exists differences in demographic variables such as sexes,majors and grades.The difference is much more remarkable between the total self-assessment dimension and each sub-dimension.The differences are specific in obsessive-compulsive symptom,sensitive of interpersonal relationship,anxiety,depression,terror,psychoticism and so on.This research proposes an education help system with targeted recognition,targeted support and targeted feedback to improve the level of mental health of impoverished college students.
