    本文运用2002—2015年全国20个省市自治区玉米生产的面板数据,计量分析了玉米全要素生产率(TFP)的区域差异及影响因素。研究表明:中国玉米TFP增长率呈现倒“U”形;北方、黄淮海和西南地区玉米TFP增长率依次递减;政府政策、技术进步和收入结构对我国玉米TFP增长具有显著正向作用,而受灾率、人力资本和城市化具有显著负向作用。最后,结合地区差异和影响机制提出相应的对策,以提高玉米全要素生产率。

    Abstract:

    Based on panel data of maize production in 20 provinces of China from 2002 to 2015, the regional differences and influencing factors of total factor productivity (TFP) of maize were measured and analyzed. The research shows that the growth rate of Chinas maize TFP presents an inverted “U” shape. The growth rate of TFP in the northern area, the HuangHuaiHai region and the southwest area is decreasing in turn. And government policies, technological progress and income structure have significantly positive effects on the growth of maize TFP in China while the disaster rate, human capital and urbanization have significantly negative effects. Finally, according to the regional difference and the influence mechanism, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to improve the maize TFP.
