With the promulgation and implementation of a series of environmental laws by taking Environment Protection Law as the representative, the environmental rule of law construction in China has made remarkable achievements. As one of the important parts of environmental law, enforcement mechanism on a certain extent affects the realization of the value of environmental legislation. Under the new background of the development of China’s environmental rule of law, environmental law enforcement, environmental justice and environmental supervision as three important parts of environmental law enforcement mechanism, are still facing a lot of difficulties. In the future, China should clarify the defects of the existing law enforcement mechanism, combine the actual situation of China, and explore the way of the implementation mechanism of environmental law in three aspects of management, judicial and supervision.
